Returns Policy
CBC Shop unconditionally guarantees its products to be free of defects. In the unlikely event that you need to return a product due to a defect, please email customer service at shop@cbcservice.ca and our staff will gladly provide return instructions.
Indicate how the purchase was paid for and if you prefer a charge credit (only to the card originally used), or an exchange. Please allow one to two billing cycles for credit card refunds to appear on your statement.
For other returns or refunds, CBC Shop must be notified within 31 days of shipping. Only products in original packaging in re-saleable condition, accompanied by original sales receipt will be accepted.
Please note that a letter containing pertinent shipping information will be included with your purchase informing you of the actual shipping date and contact information.
Shipping and handling charges are not refundable unless the product is defective.
